couple issues...we opened the upstairs bedroom window but could not get it to close. Upstairs bed mattress could be replaced. kept on rolling to the middle of the bed due to it sagging in the middle

Everything was fine except the shower upstairs didn’t have a door or shower curtain so was unusable. This was a disappointment since we had two couples and specifically wanted a 2 bath unit Pontoon was a nice inclusion.

This cabin is very nice and our 3 couples had plenty of room. Nice location right off snowmobile trail next to Powells who have excellent food and very good staff.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cabin 6 at Grand Pines Resort. The cabin was really cozy for the holidays and the fireplaces were particularly welcome through the blizzard and cold weather.

The cabin had the basics. Although for the cost per night/week I really do think they could use a better quality of toilet paper. All you do is use 4 times as much of the cheap stuff so in the end the cost is greater! The cabin could have been cleaner - bathroom was questionable. The only other thing was there was SO MUCH "stuff" in the cabin it was claustrophobic. There were 14 pictures on the wall in my bedroom - a little over kill as the pictures were not small.

The cabin was great but much dirtier than usual. Lots of spider webs and pontoon was between half and 3/4 tank. We left the pontoon fuel the way we found it and we were still charged for fuel fee. Also, we were charged for 3 nights or less fee and we stayed 4 nights. This was disappointing.

number of changes from our last stay 2013.have rented many times since 1997.previously lake map, info on restaurants, menus,points of interest,etc. were in cabin. internet was not that helpful for these items. had 'HIGH ANXIETY' when using pontoon due to high cost penalties for damages /gas fill .(just joking). always cautious about boat. had a great stay !

Such a great time at Grand Pines in Hayward. Our family loved the cabin and how much space it had. The decor throughout the place is just amazing and felt like we could spend hours just taking it all in. Round lake is great for fishing or just relaxing and the sunsets were terrific!Everything was just as described to us from the office and the cabin had everything we needed. We will be back every year from now on.

Our getaway exceeded all expectations. Given the current pandemic situation we were looking for a lovely cabin for a getaway that we could drive to. It made all of our needs.

We spent 4 nights and it was wonderful for the adults and kids. The pontoon worked great. The views were amazing! The property was well maintained. We did need to contact the main office a couple of times and they were receptive and always helpful.

Beautiful cabin and very tranquil setting.
Exceptionally clean. Loft bed needs new mattress, otherwise, excellent. Loved the on-site bar/restaurant - "Props Landing". Great food and very convenient! So enjoyed the beautiful pontoon. Great experience!!

Overall, our experience was good, except the mattresses and box springs need to be replaced periodically. In our opinion, the cabin decor was very interesting, but a little excessive. The toilets could also be replaced periodically, and updated with chair-height toilets. Also, our shower stall and bathroom sink had mold visible, and was disturbing.

Also, regarding the pontoon rental, which was included in cabin rental, but due to weather conditions were unable to use it, and should be pay when used.
